Employer still doesn't offer health insurance and with my pre-existings, I probably can't afford the high premiums. Sure, the cobbled-together thing from the Senate is not great (far from it), but I guess for me, there's always Mexico if I need something cheap for my lungs and liver, no? ;)

You could probably get some good treatment in Mexico; I've heard they have some sweet potions with gold dust and mercury. ;)

Seriously though, sorry to hear about your problems. I have been at the mercy of my doctor discounting office visits and giving me samples for the last year. :[


Same here. Add to that I'm facing possible problems with workman's comp after being injured a week ago last Tuesday breaking up a fight. I can type, but something feels wrong with my right wrist tendons, not to mention there's still a possibility of a hairline fracture somewhere in the region. Need more painkillers; ran out tonight xx(

Needless to say, this led to me cursing much more than usual :P
