When you go to a restaurant, do typically tip?

Yes. Usually even if there is a service charge, which really confuses me.

Do you tip a set amount or do you vary based on service quality?

I tip a small, set amount.

Why do you tip or choose not to?

It's, like, mean not to? In a free, democratic society, someone has been nice enough to serve me. Just because it's hir job does not make it nice to them.

Pizza delivery, tip the driver?

More than the waiter.

Why or why not?

Because it seems to me it's a larger labour commitment, to drive all the way over to someone's house just because that someone is too damn lazy to get their own pizza.
