When you go to a restaurant, do typically tip?
usually 20%

Do you tip a set amount or do you vary based on service quality?
yes I tip more if the service is really good.

Why do you tip or choose not to?
To show appreciation for work I know they don't get paid enough to do.

Pizza delivery, tip the driver?
Always.

Why or why not?
It is so nice to not have to cook or leave the house to get food. And because I know they don't get paid enough for the job.

Other ideas in the area?
I tip my Hair Dresser. And I try to get something in the tip jar when I get a Latte.
