If I remember correctly, that was not the case for them. I'm not sure about the first two, but in Martin's case, didn't he attack someone with a gun? The security guy? Didn't the other two not comply with an officer's orders? If that's the case.....?

He was followed by someone with a gun then he attacked that person and got shot. You don't have to have a gun to attack someone or to seriously injure or kill them. Zimmerman claims Martin was trying to get the gun when he shot him. People choose to dismiss that claim based mostly on the fact that it doesn't match with they chose to believe. Martin is the only one who knows the truth.

Asking a person who is behaving erratically to step out of the car is within the officers rights. Arresting her for kicking him is within his rights. She is the one who sentenced herself to death when she hung herself. People choose to believe that because they don't want to not because of any actual facts. They are a lot like the flat earthers and anti vaccination people.

So you think a man that when man attacks an officer and tries to take his gun and then comes back to attack again the man should wait for a court to decide what he should do? I guess that makes as much sense as the rest of it.
