I know you better by now than to expect that anything I or anyone else says will make any difference to what you've already decided for yourself before engaging in the discussion. I just figured, you know, he asked the question, so even though he won't pay the least attention to the answer, let's provide an answer for the benefit of anyone else who might be reading this exchange.
But having done so in my previous post, I think we both agree there really isn't even the remotest benefit to either of us if I waste my time replying point by point any further.
Since when does conversation have to be about making a difference or changing one's mind? Can't it be to try to find understanding and clarity? To try and understand where the other person is coming from?
Your replay here says to me that you know what I'm thinking. That you somehow know my motivation in what I'm saying. Are you God? Do you know the inner workings & motivations of my heart? What I was saying in my replay that what one person sees as a "lie" from Trump another can very reasonably see as hyperbole and showmanship. And then to add to that, it is the person who is calling it a lie who is actuality projecting their own bias onto the situation (this would be why I wouldn't go to that website).
