Which doesn't mean they aren't conservative, it just means they're either never Trumpers, or elected office holders who may strategically praise Trump when it's required, and who may well like a lot of what the Trump administration has done together with the Republicans in Congress, but who know too much about the realities of government to not see what a disaster the guy is.

I do wonder why you of all people would use the absence of pro Trump articles as an argument to prove that a site isn't conservative, though.
