I'm not sure what to make of the "he could have vetoed it" line. Yes. He could have. Out in the open. Explained his reasoning. Since, after all, this was all about corruption. Only Biden's corruption, and not the corruption Marie Yuvanovitch was apparently focussed on that was making Trump's cronies uncomfortable, but let's ignore that.

Cannoli's argument seems to boil down to "if it's legal to do it one way, then doing it in an underhanded, illegal was is fine too, and certainly not impeachable.
