View original postI believe he's an executive producer of the show . . . or at least, I saw his name somewhere on the opening credits. Anyway, he's officially associated with the show, so I'm sure he's contractually obligated to say it's good.

He was pretty blunt about the mess with Perrin's wife, for instance, making clear he had advised against that and still thought it was bad, so he seems free enough to give a honest opinion.


His username there is 'mistborn' and if you cntrl/command + F you can find his comments. He thought the changes to Perrin's backstory and also to Mat's family were not good.
