i wasn't very impessed with chapter 1 it sounded alot like fan fiction to me and rather childish and blunt but that could be attributed to the fact that brandon begins the book simply to help recap readers who haven't read wot for a few years.
p.s i am still eagerly awaiting the release of the prologue and the full book though.
