I don't care how realistic and logical and deserved it was- it completely defanged one of the few sources of actual dread left in the series.
So Semirhage, the black-robed Mistress of Pain, the woman who tortured whatshername-Sedai and her Warder, was turned into nothing more than a petulant child who demanded attention. It was reasonable, and a logical plot progression- but I don't have to like it, story wise.

How did they do so well in the AOL war, it's obvious they are next to useless at anything without the power, weren't the forsaken the cream of the crop mostly, the upper echelons of the hierachy conducting the war? So these hapless fools (barring demi and moridin) and god knows what their underlings must have been like, "won" the war. I doubt they got incompentent, so that lends me to believe that Lews Therin was perhaps not the best choice to lead the forces of light, considering how bad he did against whats on offer now.

Oh, totally- but humans can act in more than one way. "Real" humans can be terrifying, too!

Nobody's even tried to kill them since Ishamael died, until he gave the order again in KoD.
