Something other than the White Tower. (Not saying the White Tower isn't going to get attacked). Tuon seems very much to want to meet with the Dragon Reborn, so why not respond to his offers to meet? The one answer that I keep coming up with is that they want to deal with the Dragon Reborn from a position of power and strength. The best way to accomplish this is to meet after achieving military success. I think the most likely target of their military is Tear.

The Seanchan learn from their defeats as well as victories, and what they have learned from dealing with The Dragon Reborn in past battles is the power of leapfrogging forces. Now they are probably not going to have gate weaves yet, but it doesn't mean they can't employ more conventional means to leapfrog Illian forces and strike at Tear.

Whether or not the attack on Tear is successful, I think the grain stores are going to be lost, which will lead to the starvation in Min viewings. Another outcome will be that Alanna dies. If this isn't the final straw that pushes Rand over the edge it will be close to the last.
