When he's spun out as a Hero of the Horn! But certainly NOT as Artur Hawkwing! May I ask you how many times Artur Hawkwing (incarnated as Artur Hawkwing) has fought with or against LTT? Or are you saying that he painted the Dragons on the scabbard when he was spun out? And how may that have happened when the Horn was in the Eye all this time?
There are only two ways that sword could be just ice. The scabbard is fake, or it was added by Rand later and all his thoughts pertain to the sword only.
