All the characters live in a world where the DO is bound to get loose and make everything horrible. And this will happen over and over again no matter what. The Shadow's stain on normal life even happens in turnings of the Wheel in which there isn't any channeling. So really, the Children should be blaming the Creator himself for the threat of the Shadow. That would make sense.
It was human error of judgement, overcome by curiosity and a search for ever more power that resulted in the drilling of the Bore (Beidomon & Mierin representing Pandora). It was a human choice -Elan Morin who willingly and by his own choice betrayed humanity's Hope-, by giving himself to Shai'tan. It was human pride (Lews Therin) that resulated in the Tainting of the True Source.
You're saying Global Warming (and everything else for that matter) is all to be blamed on the Universe itself, because of how the Universe works and how it's Nature's Laws themselves that result in whatever anyone chooses to do or not do. You're willing to set aside every action by anyone, regardless of concequences because of the Way of the World...
Grow up; it's how concious beings with a choice how to act within those Laws decide to act. If I set fire to a buidling, it's not the fire and how Natural Law has it functioning that is to be blamed if it kills everyone inside.

Blaming the channelers for unleashing the DO is like having a house built by lousy contractors, then blaming your slightly overweight friend for sitting on your kitchen counter and it breaking apart. Yes, the friend's weight and choice of seats caused the actual destruction to occur, but the contractors are the people who set the whole situation up with their incompetent behavior and choices. Most reasonable folks want to put the blame where it's due; unreasonable ones want it to go anywhere - especially anywhere that absolves their own errors and omissions.
Your analogy is flawed, because the Creator didn't create a 'lousy house'. He built a good house, locking away all that could harm it (Evil/ Shai'tan) outside the house. It's (some of) the inhabitants who broke it as I explained above; it's men's choice, pride, lust for more Power & curiousity that broke the If anything, blaming anyone - even the Creator - for the Shadow's appearance is a waste of time. Why? Because it misses the point that they still have to fight an incredible and difficult battle.
Puh-leeze right back at you! Mierin and Beidomon made a bad choice. Beidomon knew it, Mierin didn't care. Lews Therin did have a hand in why the Source was Tainted. He realizes full-well it was his overconfidence & pride that doomed all male channelers and the world. And RJ wants us to realize that too, judging by how often Lews Therin ponders about that.
