The Children is a rigorous military organization of dudes whose philosophical underpinnings have led them to distrust channeling. The White Tower is a scheming political organization of females whose only common bond is that they can channel. Of course they're wildly different, without even getting into the questions of differences between Galad and Egwene.

Why wouldn't the Children be more unified, as their common ground is moral? Why wouldn't the White Tower be fractured and petty, as their common ground is the immense power that they wield which makes them elite in the world? I've taught the same seminar to church groups and grade 7 teachers, and church groups have been thoughtful listeners and participants, while grade 7 teachers were only used to being in power and were the most impossible group of people to organize that I've ever worked with (including grade 7 children).

Basically it seems like all your post is saying is that you think men organize better than women, who don't know how to suck it up. And that military organizations make more efficient decisions than a group of powerful politicians. The first is your opinion, the second is obvious.
