The main thing that made her my favorite over Semirhage or Lanfear was that what she said was often at odds with what she does.
She said that if openly confronted by a more powerful opponent, she would flee - but when confronted by two opponents that combined were a very dangerous threat (Cyndane and Moghedien) she took tactical action and aggressively attacked - in fact her tactics were better than Ishamael or Lanfear's in that scene. No gloating, no monologues, just a manipulation of battlefield conditions, a dodge, and an attack with her strongest weave.

I like Lanfear because she's the most powerful and knows it, and shows it. Her scene against Rand is unbeatable from a villainy point of view - the hero was on his knees expecting to die.
Lanfear, Semirhage and Graendal are a great trio of female villains. It's too bad we see so little of them. It's also unfortunate that Sammael got the better of Graendal. We're left with Semirhage to make a come back unfortunately.
