Whole, unbroken order, strong societal rules.
There's nothing to say that channellers are special to the Pattern - the Pattern could just kill off the ability and leave the world in Seanchan rule and things would be fine.
If the Pattern represents Order and the DO is Chaos, then Moridin's taunting of Rand's idea to kill the DO ("I doubt you comprehend the stupidity of your statement"
becomes more interesting. Without the DO to keep humans in check and to be a unifying enemy, the world can succumb to other pitfalls. Not that I advocate for the DO, of course. Just throwing ideas out there.
In other words: What if Seanchan rule is the GOAL of the Pattern?

It's certainly possible, considering the Wheel/Pattern is neither good nor evil.
I do find it interesting though that the last Ta'veren before Rand, Mat, and Perrin was Hawkwing. And since Ta'verens aren't born, but are made as the Wheel needs them to be. And with the Seanchan pretty much an extension of Hawkwings lost empire. There must be some reason or purpose for their continued existence that's already been set in the Pattern.
I personally believe the Seanchan are going to be fighting alongside the Randland forces in the Last Battle, but maybe they're going to play a bigger role in the aftermath. It's all speculation of course, but I think it's an interesting discussion.
