Her destiny seems far more likely to go out in a blaze of glory at the LB and be held up as a model for all AS ... Although Brandon dislikes her character so unless RJ's notes are specific I could see her having a few more humbling moments. Not that I particularly like Cadsuane, but I do think it would be a shame for her character to be changed so much at the very end.

In my opinion Cadsuane represents the old style AS ... Romanda and crew represent the institutional AS that have become hermits and political schemers ... Cadsuane seems to represent what AS pre-Hawkwing era were like.

I agree that she will likely approve of Egwene, and will also likely side with Rand and Merrilor, but I very much doubt she will do much beyond give Egwene her respect. I find it outside of the character's personality to bend the knee to an Amyrlin. But that's not particularly important.

I also agree that she will likely play a large role as some sort of commander in th LB ... And pairing her with Mat would be hilarious!
