We know there are 6 women stronger. We know Semirhage and Talaan are essentially equal to Nynaeve which means the following women are who we know to be Stronger:

Lanfear, Cyndane, Alivia, Sharina ... The only wildcard that has any merit to add to this list is Sommeryn which means either Graendal is Stronger or some unnamed character or one who was glossed over (Sera the damane) is ahead of Nynaeve and plays no role in the series at all? Seems unlikely that RJ would have bothered. And that is assuming the list counts Lanfear and Cyndane independently ... It's possible that both Sera and Graendal are Stronger than Nynaeve and there is only one entry for Lanfear on that list.

If we downgrade Graendal to Nynaeve's equal or below her we have multiple openings on that list of 6 ... Which I find hard to believe.


Those six could, conceivably, be stronger than Nynaeve's current strength at some point in the series, and not her final potential.

So we could get a list like:

Lanfear, Alivia
Sharina, Cyndane
Nynaeve, Semirhage(?), Graendal(?)
Graendal(?), Semirhage(?) Someryn, Talaan
Mesaana, Tamela(?), Viendre(?)
Moghedien
