All of the Forsaken are incredibly strong in the Power. All weaker darkfriend AS were killed in the War of Power by these people. As individuals they are considered to be deadly too.

We've seen evidence of that though. Sammael is deadly with the One Power, and beat up the Ash'aman, and gave Rand a run for his money.
