There are too many people who know how to Heal stilling. If Semirhage, for instance, can no longer channel, people will let their guard up. This will allow some darkfriend to Heal her.

The best thing is to kill them immediately. Other options would be for them to be bound with the Oath Rod, or put in an a'dam, or Compelled to harm no one.
