In the end of things, their true mystique comes from siding with the Dark One.


They were all about unique brands of evil, in the beginning. Balthameal with his bio creations, Lanfear and her dreams and stalkerlove of Rand. Sammael and his pompousness. All the rest, for the most part, had distinctive styles. Mogheidan, definitely.



They ARE lame, of course- they pledged their souls to a force that wants to turn existence into nothingness. But that's neither here nor there- I'm just saying that narratively, they're not as much fun as they were.
I amuse myself.
