No, it clearly doesn't.
Sarcasm is not intent to lie. If the AS believes the actual meaning of what is being said is clear to everyone, then she can say it. That is consistent with how the oaths have worked throughout the entire series.
This is a really silly topic to have spawned so much argument. That's my point.
