We don't know. Nynaeve never describes a gain in strength after FoH.
But then, Nynaeve did participate in the cleansing, so she might be at full strength now. I'm looking forward to more quotes in the next book that might solve some questions instead of creating more.
Egwene certainly, but you're generally forced if you channel at high levels or strain. All of them have been in battles and in moments of desperation, and used angreal and sa'angreal.
the main cast have all gained the majority of their overall strength within the space of a year or so ... most women at least take at least 10 to get there (Moiraine was AS after channeling for 6 years and thought she wouldn't be at full potential for several more years).
