I like the mix of whimsy and competence. And his lack of attention to use-value. He is the epitome of a white hat.

He and Molly, to a lesser degree, can move back and forth with great speed.

My favorite examples are with the "personal facts" that they start using to ID each other. When he and Lupin face of, there's not doubt that he's ready to fight if needed. Makes him both respectable and endearing at the same time. Great combo.


Yes, I like that.

Molly's the same way for me, especially in the duel with Bellatrix in Deathly Hallows. I loved that scene.


Good. You'll be on my side when we have to battle it out with Legolas when we get there.
