philippa gregory co-authored a book "the women of the cousins' war" - it was very interesting temeraire Send a noteboard - 16/08/2012 07:54:50 PM
consisted of several essays by historians attempting to collect information on the prominent women involved. trying to find the women in history is difficult, as they were not given much place in the mainstream texts, and are mostly found in the background of letters and stories that are on the sidelines. the historians had to dig for the information in order to attempt to compile a cohesive narrative.

i also read her historical fiction, which was nice and fictiony, haha.

How is that a violent rape? At worst it would be statutory rape. Cannoli - 17/08/2012 11:53:44 AM 2925 Views
The wedding night is statutory. I would describe the later rapes as fairly violent. Camilla - 17/08/2012 12:13:26 PM 3028 Views
