I mean, I see why the show did it the way they did to get the effect they wanted (a TV show can't convey the emotional distress of Daenerys' situation as well as a running stream of consciousness in the novel), but it seems to me that Camilla's perspective has been skewed by seeing someone else's interpretation first.
In the book, Drogo does not impose himself by force, and seeks and obtains her verbal consent and even participation, at least in the part shown.
Did Dany really have the capacity to refuse? To that end, I still would consider it rape.
