But it feels more hypocritical to me to have the SAHMs or SAHM wannabes (not you, mind) who go on and on about how feminists look down on them for not working be simultaneously judgy towards the mothers with jobs or the non-mothers. It really all depends on your perspective. Bottom line, feminism ought to be about supporting any of those choices and finding ways to foster them where they don't exist.

That is true.

My point is that you expect the traditionalists to do that. You don't expect feminists to do so when the point is choice.

The issue isn't feminism per se, it's that women are pretty much always going to be horrible to each other about something. I think it's in our DNA :P

I prefer to judge other women on their clothing choices. :|
