BUT -- the entire point is that the death sentence should never be given strictly on eyewitness testimony. people lie or make severe mistakes and putting someone to death for these people's lies/mistakes should never happen in a just society. argue all you want about the one single article i linked to, but it does not change the fact that you are killing the messenger here.
