Killing people is illegal already. it does not matter how you do it, so loose your stupid hyperbole if you want to have an actual conversation.
If your problem is with laws not being enforced, why in the world are you asking for MORE laws that aren't enforced? Here is a novel idea, ENFORCE THE LAWS THAT ALREADY EXIST. If that doesn't work, then you can come to me and ask me to support new ones. Your claim about weak state enforcement is asinine, as the laws preventing felons from weapons are FEDERAL, not state.
Magazine size didn't stop Lanza, the arrival of the police did. He killed himself when he still had 3 full magazines. Get over you magazine size fixation, it is meaningless.
Use your brain, not your heart. I understand and share you emotion on this, but emotion won't solve any problem. Passing a bunch of BS laws to make folks feel good when they will NOT fix any actual problems does not help.
