And personally, I'm sick of the way that we have to pretend that, aside from everyone who's actually killing people in the name of Islam, every other Muslim is somehow an enlightened, peaceful, wonderful, tolerant and humane person. Yes, we shouldn't assume that someone is a terrorist or an awful person just because he or she is a Muslim, but to then try to chill rational discourse on the basis that somehow we're insulting a religion by pointing out that, say, 70% of Egyptians think people who leave Islam should be executed. That's just the reality. There is a cancer eating at the Muslim world. There are some wonderful Muslims who are trying to change the nature of the ummah, but at present, the dar al-Islam is the dar al-Harb.
