Given what I've seen from Obama, that might be better than the other outcomes. Though I do shudder at the thought of Congress controlling the domestic agenda.

considering that, for all the "ObamaCare" thrown around, this healthcare bill is largely a product of this Congress everyone so despises, as was that stimulus bill. How exactly is it a good thing if they get even more power because Obama is a lame duck?
