If you assume the govt won't actually effectively cut the fat (let's face it, they can't get all or maybe even most), then you've got your scenario. It's not what "Obama Care" is proposing at the moment though. Your post is exactly what they are saying they are going to try to reign in. We have yet to see it though, I agree. And the $$ balances are frightening.

I suppose this is an entirely neutral post. No substantial argument, I just can't agree with you in full.
