Munchausen by proxy means a mother projecting conditions on her child that aren't actually there. What does that have to do with this case of a child expressing themselves as transgender and being diagnosed with gender disphoria, but then changing their mind? Especially since the mother doesn't exactly seem like she was pushing it (though of course that might be misleading, what with hindsight being 20/20).
