One of my good friends has a friend who has a son who is like 6 or 7 I think. That horrible woman wants her kid to be gay or transgender or something. She makes him wear pink all the time and puts tutus and shit on him. He's expressed his desire to wear gender-normative clothing to my friend. She bought him a truck or something for his birthday and he was so completely excited and relieved. He wants boy stuff! The mother? Was pissed! Sometimes I want to go over and slap some sense into her. She's hurting her child for her own bizarre issues. Damn it. Writing about that made me remember it clearly and I'm furious all over again.
