Of course, even if you taxed "the rich" at 100% and then took all their existing assets, it wouldn't be enough to pay but for the smallest part of this scheme.

I would have more respect for Socialist candidates like Alexandria Octavio-Cortez if they simply admitted the only way to pay for their giveaways is to nationalize all banks and corporations and seize their assets. I would still hate what they represent but at least that would be honest.
