Then at least it would've meant something and wouldn't have been a complete joke. As if anybody would believe for a second that Trump cares a jot about religious freedom, or about abortion for that matter - or that he has any clue or any interest in who Thomas Becket was. I'd be surprised if he even managed to read the whole proclamation before signing it.
