Saw an interview where they revealed that Stradowski was furthest along, with Robbins and Madden right on his tail..apparently they're all racing to finish the series.

That Guardian article was ridiculous, but my own views on the female characters in WoT aside (which is a lot more positive than most), the idea that the books don't do female characters well isn't exactly new, is it?

Also, like me, Judkins' favorite character is Egwene, which was one of the reasons I was hopeful for the show. Oh well, maybe they'll improve over time. Apparently the show was a big hit for Amazon, so it'll be around for a while, looks like.
