For example in my state I can be an asshole under current law, logic, and circumstances. I can narc on my neighbor and get paid a $10,000 profit for I hate someone. I can make their life miserable and get paid for it, for I get my $10k in my little neighborhood of Houston ( hey that pays my property taxes. ) And the person whose life I am now going to ruin is now responsible for HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of legal expenses.

And yet, they don't go to the electric chair like other murderers in Texas. The problem is the overreaching national laws that force workarounds like this in order to deter evil and get a semblance of justice.
