If such rights are left to the states in the Constitution.

If the state chooses to regulate those rights, the states can regulate as they see fit, since it is the people that elect the legislature which regulates those rights, it is in fact the people deciding which rights, if any require regulation, and which regulations, if any, are suitable.

That also wasn't the point - the point was that Roe imposed the standard of when life begins on the country - which you previously said no one had a right to do.

Changing the subject or shifting the goalposts won't stop everyone from seeing you're a hypocrite who doesn't know what he's talking about.

Like you said, “as they see fit”

If you don’t like that, write your State Senator. Or move to a different state.

That’s how democracy works.

is fucked up due to the Mid May heat wave, and there is not enough power to provide power to meet demand. This is the same system that can not handle heat or handle cold.

But I should write my state senator, it is MY FAULT our system is unresponsive.

How about you go fuck off! Democracy is not a universal balm to all problems, humans are interdependent.

Much like there is the problem of evil in our world, even if humans have free will and are capable of making choices.

If your state is fucked, that’s exactly what you do - go and fix it via the legislature. Organize, protest, and get the people of your state on your side. If you’re able to convince enough of them that it’s a problem, then guess what? It’ll get fixed. That’s really the only thing that you can actually do.

But again, because you can’t speak to the actual issue (and here’s a hint, it’s not power grids) you go on insane tangents.

Take your pills and calm down.

Stop giving me this exceptionalism bs that nothing will go wrong, and if it goes wrong then you can fix it later in the future, that no pain and suffering will occur.

Stop collapsing time with your perverted fetish when people bring up, people will suffer under this new arrangement. And fuck you and your perversion when you say “that is what dominion” means and democracy means whatever bad shit occurs is somehow just, even though I point out a gap how everyone wants the power system fixed, yet the system is unresponsive.

When you're not going off on half-coherent tangents, you're making arguments I've never made and putting words in my mouth that I've never said.

Take your meds and get the help you need.

I'll be praying for you.

That is precisely what I am afraid of

Texan prayers for they feel they know best "for the others, they feel they must get involved in others, and they hurt people in the process.

For example Texas investigating parents for Child Abuse for they have Trans Kids. I am afraid of what you call "love" but I am pretty sure it is not that, no it the other thing.

I am afraid of some people's generosity and presence. And how they think they are doing good for we disagree on what good is.

While this is entirely off topic, I'll point out that saying "I am afraid of what you call 'love' but I am pretty sure it is not that" can be flipped likewise on the Left: people who support children who claim to be transgender say that their support of these children taking hormone blockers and undergoing elective but permanent surgery is born out of love for the child. Opponents say that they oppose those same measures for the same reason.

Disagreeing about the "good" is literally the oldest form of democracy. But it IS democracy. Parents who are concerned that the state will stop them from giving permanent elective surgeries and hormone blockers can fight in their state to have the legislation changed, or they can move to any of the multitude of states which allow such things by law or regulation.

No one is condemned to live and die under the tyranny of the majority in the United States today. This is because there is always a state with opposite laws that suit your political beliefs better that you can just move to (ie. you don't like living in Texas, you can move to California or New York or Oregon). Yes, moving is a hardship, it's a pain in the ass. But if you don't want to or are unable to change the minds of the legislators in your state to do what you want them to do, you have the ability to go somewhere else, within the same country, that has laws and regulations that you like and support.

And that Minor Children can be prevented from moving if the state thinks there is a compelling interest in order to do so. And minor is not "magically" limited to the age of 18 but is subject to what the state decides such as some states consider changing it to 25 in specific issues.

The law is a wonderful thing, it can do care and love, but it can also be used to harm. I do not treat the law as a sacrosanct thing beyond criticism I am sorry if this OFFENDS you and your nose. That history and the words of others can cause a stench that you must "move away from."

I've never said the law is above criticism, in fact in this thread I have heavily criticized Roe and Casey, which are, as of now, still the laws of the land.

You really need to stop making arguments I've never made, try to rebut them, and then attack me for making them. At a certain point, it's just ridiculous.

And while it's true that, again, it can be hard to move from one place to another, children are still children, and there is a reason why parents, in most cases, make decisions for them until they are old enough to make decisions for themselves.

Thus, if parents decide that their child shouldn't have permanent elective surgery or hormone blockers, and do not not allow their child to leave the state to do so, that is the parents' prerogative.

Likewise, if parents decide that they want their child to be able to have permanent elective surgery and hormone blockers, the parents are free to move with the child to another state that allows it.

These are not opinions, they're facts. You may not like them, but they are what they are.
