Alright, so this is like my third draft of this post.

-I started off by looking at Isaac again. "Hm," I said. "The main reason I wasn't suspecting Isaac is because he's been posting a lot, and making himself highly visible. A DF wouldn't do that... but, as Isaac said, he's a magnet for lynches and NKs anyway."

But then I looked at his strident defense of ranagrande. Ranagrande would be lynched already without Isaac, I'd say. And after a second look, Isaac's defense of ranagrande seemed... good. Not ironclad, but logical.

So, options:

*Isaac is a DF, and ranagrande is innocent: A great way for Isaac to build credibility with ranagrande (or with all of us if we lynch rana). But his defense was so strong, and Isaac's admitted he often ends up dead very soon ANYWAY... so, I think this is unlikely- Isaac wouldn't be too concerned with building up credibility when he knows people suspect him anyway.

*Isaac is a DF, and so is ranagrande: Possible- I don't know Isaac's inclinations towards sacrificing a fellow DF once the death seems inevitable. Still, after the FT thing, I don't think Isaac-the-DF would want to link himself to anyone else if it could hurt his team.

*Isaacis innocent, ranagrande is guilty- Seems almost 50/50. Isaac could easily just be an earnest defender (especially since he suspected me, and I was attacking ranagrande). So, hm. (And keep in mind someone's earlier point that 50/50 is better odds than a random guess)

Then, I started thinking about F&R. First of all, Hieshyn hypocopped F&R as guilty, and is now voting for him- spearheading the vote, in fact. I'm not quite up on my cop tactics (never been one... OR HAVE I???... no, I haven't), but, is that a good idea?

F&R accused ranagrande- and this was after a lot of back and forth between me and Isaac. Fox injected some new blood into the conversation, as it were- so was he just eager for a new target, or trying to distract?

So...

Fox=innocent, ranagrande and Isaac=guilty. ...Maybe. Isaac's been inextricably classified as ranagrande's defender, however unwillingly. But if they were teammates, and Isaac suspected he'd soon die (again, since he's a high-profile target), would he want to effectively condemn a teammate? Or did he feel ranagrande would die without his help, so he may as well help him survive another day or two?

Fox guilty, ranagrande guilty: Highly unlikely- ranagrande wouldn't even be a target if it wasn't for Fox, I think.

Fox guilty, ranagrande innocent, Isaac guilty: Also pretty unlikely, I'd think. It'd be pretty neat if it was true, but that's some high-level maneuvering there. I could maybe see it if Isaac was attacking ranagrande and Fox defending (Fox defending the innocent + Isaac's inevitable death would make Fox golden), but I don't think it'd happen with the current setup.

Fox guilty, ranagrande innocent, Isaac innocent: ...Maybe. Fox would be going out on a limb, and I think he tries to be less risky (especially this early in the game). But we were in a deadlock before Fox spoke up, so it could have been an attempt to take an uncertain crowd and force the lynch. Then, when I showed uncertainty, Fox turned on me instead... Fox didn't actually vote for me, though, so not TOO likely.

Fox and Isaac innocent, ranagrande guilty: Actually pretty plausible. Both have made logical arguments, but half the time logic just says what you already believed anyway. Ranagrande got impatient and sloppy, but it was ambiguous enough for Isaac to mount a defense- especially since Isaac was already suspicious of me, and I was coming out against ranagrande.


All three innocent: Possible, but... I don't think so. I know I'm innocent and the four of us are the main suspects for today. How likely is it that all 4 are innocent? (This logic really only works for me, since only I can confirm my innocence, but eh. Might as well say what I'm thinking)

So I've been looking it over, and there's really just one last fact that's going to push me over the edge. It's kind of ridiculous, but...

Ranagrande has supported me. Unconditionally.

WHY?

Isaac, Kronin, F&R, DK have all suspected me at one point or another. No matter what, even when I was part of the attack against ranagrande, he never issued a single word of doubt. In fact, even his most recent posts have had nothing but nice things to say regarding me. He even attacked Kronin when I accused him on more or less a gut feeling!

Either ranagrande is both very forgiving and insightful as to my play style (and I've played with him as much as any of the rest of you), or he's a DF, and hoping to get me- an accuser who has admitted he's on the fence- on his side.

So... yeah.



Sorry, buddy. It's been nice having an unconditional supporter, and people will probably think I'm just turning on a fellow DF, but...
