Meaning whether we use your scale or mine, there needs to be a non-strength explanation for why Barasine can hold Egwene and Amys cannot.


Barasine must then be better at making shields than Amys is.


What about Egwene? That was in TSR. It's seven books later and Egwene has grown significantly in strength and skill.
