You should provide concrete evidence, that Graendal is alive or why - if she is died - she will most likely have another PoV in ToM.

It's just unsupported speculation, contrary to the obvious solution (which fits with what we see in the books and what BS said) that Graendal did actually die and will therefore not appear on-screen again.
