She laid Compulsion on them using it.


Anyway, let's say Arangar and Graendal are equal in strength.

Her angreal doubles her strength.

That means she can easily shield Arangar and Delana and do all the other good stuff.

No further debate necessary.

Even if it increased her strength by just 50% - making it weaker than any angreal we've seen so far - it still makes it easy for her to shield Arangar.

Especially since we have no idea how much saidin Arangar was holding.

Simply too many unknowns in this scene to base any theories on it.
