I was not in any way shape or form arguing on the basis of courtroom procedure, but from the rules of logic. You were using your own opinion of how the world and universe function, and no more justified in an argument on another topic entirely than my own citing of my religion's dogmas to refute someone's political position.

You cannot justify a group's actions by citing your own personal and unproven or verified (in the text or by RJ or MAFO) theory on how things might have happened. Historical events and given facts about the series are acceptable arguments. Your own extrapolations about the details that are not given are not. This is not courtroom procedure, this is rational thinking.
