I'm basically saying that the way a female channeler would achieve an effect is different from the way a male channeler would achieve an effect ie: a skill, strength minimum or ability that is important for one may not be important for the other.
So Semirhage, Lanfear and Graendal could stand against Demandred, Sammael and Ishamael because they were all equivalent after taking into account different factors.

Yes I agree with this. A man absorbs fire and a woman snuffs it out, but Ishamael and Lanfear could probably both put out a fire of similar magnitude, unless one of them was radically unskilled in a certain area compared to the other.
