Moridin's not so much "menacing" to me- he's still a villain, of course, but he's all about his chess board and "Rand! Embrace the dark side!"
The only time we ever see Demandred, throughout the whole series, is when he attends the Forsaken tea parties. He might be awesome in the next two books, but for now he's still solidly in *lame* territory.
Taim has potential, it's true. But he hasn't done anything other than a few ominous pieces of dialogue for a few books.
