And quite frankly, I think the Shadow really doesn't give a whit for the Black Ajah. Maybe they'd send Slayer after her or something, but at this stage in the overall game, I can see them ignoring her and the fates of any Black Ajah still remaining in the Tower and concentrate on winning Tarmon Gaidon.

At this point, all the Rebel Black Sisters have been executed and all the Loyalist Black Sisters have fled the Tower. There really is no reason to operate in secrecy, especially since the Tower can publicly name the Sisters darkfriends.
