I don't understand how Be'lal can have Tear, Sammael Illian and Rahvin Andor - and Demandred some small country in the north. He was also a very prominent general of the Shadow - his army and conquest will be of a similar caliber.

But that doesn't men it's less important. And if Demandred previously managed to cause chaos in almost all countries in the west of the Westlands, it's understandable that he later (around the time of PoD or WH, probably) chose the nation which was still left, namely Murandy.

What chaos did he cause? If it's the dragonsworn it's minimal at best, and now totally routed anyway.

You can't tell me that Demandred has been nomadic since he was released and only recently attainted a country to rule. That would make him the only Forsaken to do so.

Whatever he's planned, I'm sure Demandred will release something that will shock and profoundly break Rand for a time. Murandy is more likely to cause laughter - Rand singlehandedly almost destroyed a borderland army himself. It is almost certainly going to center around the OP - whether he releases the Land of Madmen, or the Sharans, Rand is going to need Mat and all his skill to outwit Demandred and his tactics.
