You've been loyally aiding your Queen as she attempts to escape the machinations of Lord Gaebril, but she forgot a few things in the palace and you've been sent to retrieve them.

You scurry along the servants' corridors, trying to avoid anyone and everyone, not wanting to be noticed. Something happened here, it is undeniable, but you don't really intend to ask anybody about it.

Suddenly, someone pulls open a small door right in fron of you, and you know you are doomed! Go away! you think over and over again, hoping against hope that the person will change his mind. You panic. Your skin prickles. Your bones feel as though they are freezing, ready to split open. Go away!

The man takes a step into the room, and freezes, incredulous. "You?" he asks, but before you can make an answer a bar of solid white light bursts forth to strike at him, and his last word hangs in the air as death takes him: "No!"
