In general, I'm fine with people saying whatever they want, because I can just ignore it. The problem is that Fox spends a lot of time making opinion sound like news. That is actually the main reason I can't stand them - not because it's mostly "right" type stuff.

I don't really think it's fair for any of us to know this about Fox and then try to claim "Well, it is only someone's statement!" or "It's only someone's opinion." They are giving it a footing in "real" news, and that's why people get so riled up.

Regardless of what the left has done or not done, it is wrong to try to pretend this guy isn't defined as a right-wing extremist. One of our main problems right now is that nobody is calling an apple an apple; we all have our softer names for causes we espouse, and the real Truths get lost.

You can point out left-wing extremists to me all day, and that will be an interesting conversation. You can't, however, pretend this guy is anything other than what he is. Not and get away with it, anyway.
